Dato’ Ir. Mohamad Helmi Zulkawi
Founder & Managing Director
A graduate of San Diego State University, USA in Civil Engineering and an MBA holder from Cranfield University, UK, he was appointed as Executive Director of Teknik Lengkap, a unit of Crest Petroleum (now Sapura Energy) in 1999 and later founded Asian Geos in 2003.
He activated Helms Geomarine in 2011 to become a parent company of Asian Geos before transforming the company into a self-operating company in 2016, focusing on offshore geotechnical survey.

graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and has more than 20 years of experience in offshore geotechnical survey operations & project management.
Syahril Ikhwan
GENERAL MANAGER
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University, USA with almost 15 years of experience in offshore geotechnical operation and engineering as well as subsea and pipeline design.

University of Technology Petronas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and has more than 10 years in the offshore QHSE management and geotechnical operation.

graduated from University of Malaya with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and has 20 years of experience in offshore, nearshore and onshore soil investigation both in design consultancy and operation.
Abdul Halim Jaafar

is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants (CIMA) with 25 years of experience in project financial management including with Schlumberger and Energy Quest.
Najib Sani
OPERATION MANAGER
is a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering holder from Universiti Teknologi MARA and has been involved in offshore geotechnical project and operation management for more than 18 years.
Nazrin Ridhwan

graduated from California State
University Long Beach, USA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has more than 10 years experience in operating and managing offshore geotechnical equipment, particularly in-situ testing and seabed sampling equipment.
Ardian Zaldy
LABORATORY MANAGER
graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and almost 15 years of experience in offshore and onshore soil laboratory testing as well as seabed sampling operations.
Hafiz Hamid

is a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management holder from University of Technology Malaysia and has been leading the crewing management of the company from hiring, training to retention for the past 5 years, with prior background in the academics and banking industry.
